clients, software development, software services like software testing, project management and business consulting.


This role requires a candidate to support our professional services division which specializes in technical recruitment. 

Candidates are required to work from our office in Hinjawadi, Pune following UK /Europe shift.

This role offers onsite opportunities to work from our UK office and provides leadership opportunities.


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and gather accurate contact 

information for potential clients, leads, and key decision-makers within target industries. This role plays a crucial part in 

supporting the sales and marketing teams by ensuring a robust and up-to-date database of contacts. The Business 

Development Executive will employ various research methods and tools to source relevant information, contributing 

directly to the success of our business development initiatives.


Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:


Research and Data Collection:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads, clients, and key decision-makers within specified industries.

Utilize online platforms, business directories, social media, and other sources to gather accurate and comprehensive 

contact information.


Data Verification and Validation:

Verify and validate existing contact information to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

Employ data cleansing techniques to eliminate duplicate or outdated entries.

 

Database Management:

Maintain and update the contact database regularly, ensuring it reflects the latest information available.

Categorize contacts based on industry, geography, and other relevant criteria to facilitate targeted outreach.


Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand target audience profiles and refine contact discovery 

strategies accordingly.

Provide timely and accurate contact lists to support outreach campaigns and promotional activities.


Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on contact discovery activities, highlighting key metrics such as the number of contacts 

identified, verified, and added to the database.

Analyze data trends to suggest improvements in the contact discovery process.


Compliance and Ethics:

Adhere to data protection regulations and ethical standards in collecting and handling contact information.

Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them in the contact discovery process.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in contact discovery or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using Professional networking sites, like LinkedIn, zoom info, jigsaw, inside view etc.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
