Role Overview
We are hiring a Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise to develop solutions for the Retail domain. You will design and deploy models that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models for retail applications (e.g., pricing, inventory, routing, recommendations).
- Develop scalable AI pipelines and deploy models to production (Cloud/Edge).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data).
- Work on Computer Vision (e.g., visual search, shelf analytics) and NLP (chatbots, sentiment analysis).
- Ensure models are robust, scalable, and production-ready.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years in AI/ML development (Retail preferred).
- Strong in Python and SQL.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs, and GenAI.
- Exposure to GCP/AWS/Azure (GCP preferred).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience in customer analytics, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
- Understanding of POS, ERP, CRM, eCommerce systems, and Big Data (Spark).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
