About the Role
We have multiple openings for PHP Laravel Developers across Junior, Mid-levels. The selected candidates will be working on web application development, API integrations, backend module development, troubleshooting, and working closely with the team to build scalable and high-performance applications.
Mid-level candidates will also be expected to lead modules, drive technical decisions and guide/mentor junior team members wherever needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and contribute to execution.
- Develop, enhance and maintain web applications using PHP & Laravel.
- Build and integrate REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA and DevOps teams.
- Ensure smooth functionality, performance and documentation.
- Participate in meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
- (Mid-Level) Lead backend development tasks and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
- Hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel framework (as per experience level).
- Good understanding of SaaS / cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL database and data handling.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
- Good problem-solving skills & communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT / Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience with APIs / Microservices (mandatory for Mid & Senior).
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (preferred, not mandatory for Junior).
