Job Description:-
Looking for an enthusiastic agent, with specialist knowledge in the field of telecom (fixed and mobile), who is prepared to answer complex issues from customers and/or internal and external stakeholders. You are stress-resistant, structured, communicatively strong, analytical and able to interpret customer questions correctly so that they are handled according to the coordinated process.
• At least a completed MBO 4 ICT training and preferably HBO working and thinking level;
• Min. 1 to 2 years of work experience;
• Relevant work experience in technical services;
• Experience in telecom is a plus (fixed and mobile);
• Knowledge of fixed internet services is an advantage.

Note: *Should be comfortable to work in night shift during weekdays and 24/7 during weekends.
