Roles and Responsibilities:
· Hands-on experience in Order Management, Warehouse Management and Claim Management
· Strong understanding of OTC functional flows
· Prior experience as a consultant working on Application Managed Service projects on Operate projects.
· Understanding of ERP technologies
· Analytical/ decision making responsibilities.
· Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
· Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
