Work Timings – 12 PM to 10 PM IST (As per UK shift)

Education: MBA HR with any IT Degree is preferred

Job Description:  

We are looking for an at least 5-year experienced HR Executive/Manager who will be looking after End-to-End HR functions within companies. Including Human Resource Planning and Recruitment, Onboarding and Deboarding/Separation, Performance Management, Rewards, Employee Participation and Communication, Compliance, Administrative Responsibilities and Assistance to Director. 


Responsibilities:  

  1. Human Resource Planning and Recruitment:  
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive workforce plans.  
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and candidate selection.  
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  
  • Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 
  • Strategies and conduct end-to-end Headhunting for company roles. 

 

  1. Onboarding and Deboarding/Separation:  
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and aware of company policies and procedures.  
  • Handle the necessary paperwork and documentation for new employees.  
  • Manage the off-boarding process, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. 

 

  1. Performance Management:  
  • Implement and oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.  
  • Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.  
  • Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.  

 

  1. Rewards:  
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies and industry standards.  
  • Manage employee recognition programs to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale. 

 

  1. Employee Participation and Communication:  
  • Encourage employee engagement and participation in company events, activities, and programs.  
  • Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.  
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace undertake tasks around performance management, assist in employee engagement activities, organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form etc.  
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing.  
  • Ensure Integrity & Compliance with Employees.  

 

  1. Compliance and Administrative Responsibilities:  
  • Ensure HR practices and policies comply with relevant labour laws and regulations.  
  • Draft and amend company policies time-to-time and ensure compliance with employee regulations.  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.  
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.  
  • Provide administrative & legal support.  
  • Assist the company in Travel Desk Activities & Ticketing Activities, Hotel Booking & etc.  
  • Coordinating other office activities. 

 

  1. Assistance to Director 
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Director 
  • Act as a liaison and support the Directors 
  • Complete administrative tasks to facilitate the Director's leadership 
  • Perform secretarial work and offer daily administrative support to the team 
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing 
  • Organize and maintain the Director's calendar and appointments 
  • Co-ordinate the Director's outreach activities (visas, tickets, hotels, cars, etc.) 
  • Keep an updated checklist of all contracts and insurances, and remind the Director of updates 
  • Conduct research and prepare reports 
  • Support management and Director as needed, especially during busy periods 

 

  1. Reporting: 
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as required. 
  • Support management and Directors during peak times. 

 

Desire Candidate:  

  1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer field with master’s degree in HR is a plus.  
  2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.  
  3. Proficiency in HR software, Systems and MS Office Suite and Exceptional Written & Oral Communication Skills.  
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional administrative and time management abilities.  
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  6. Excellent Communication Skill.
