This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Change Manager who will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Efficiently overseeing the flow of changes, in ensuring they are executed effectively and align with organizational goals.
- Ensuring a smooth transition of changes from development to operations, bridging the gap in today's DevOps-driven environment.
- Keeping a detailed record of changes, their impacts, and outcomes is an essential aspect of transparency and accountability in change management.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve disputes related to changes, maintaining harmony and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as necessary to improve future initiatives.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email marketing tools for effective stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in change management tools and software such as Prosci ADKAR, ChangeGear, or JIRA.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for creating reports and dashboards.
- Skills in process mapping and workflow tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi to visualize change impacts.

- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools such as Moodle, Articulate, or Captivate for developing training materials.
- Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Workspace for creating and managing change management documentation.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change initiatives and motivate teams.
