This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Account Manager who understand and communicate complex technical information, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and provide strategic solutions that meet client needs. 

 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)    

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. 
  • Understand client requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to the technical team. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. 
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships. 
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them. 
  • Provide clients with insights into new products and services that could benefit their business. 
  • Understand client requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to the technical team. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. 
  • Monitor project progress, manage project timelines, and report on project status with SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). 

 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role. 
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software, IT, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • SSL certificate is plus 
  • Expertise with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), HIPPA  
  • Well understanding and knowledge with JIRA, Trello, Wireshark, and SaaS (Software as a Service) model 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Good understanding with cloud computing for businesses 
  • Good to have Certified Professional Account Manager (CPAM) or other industry-specific certifications. 
  • Good to have Salesforce Certification for roles involving customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Salary:GBP 45000 to 60000 per annum
