This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Business Support Officer who  

will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)    


  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. 
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. 
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences. 
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating maintenance and repairs as required. 
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, providing information and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs 
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by management. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]     


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other relevant software applications. 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). 
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). 
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze data. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field in the UK or Equivalent.     

Salary:GBP 31000 to 45000 per annum
