This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Sales Account Manager who work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Also, excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. 

 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)    


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
  • Deep understanding of our [products/services], including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. 
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) 
  • Proficiency in [specific CRM software] to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data for strategic decision-making. 
  • Ability to discuss technical aspects of our products/services with customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and forecast future sales trends. 
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]     


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within a B2B sales environment. 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in [industry/niche] 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiar with [digital marketing tools, e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools] to support sales efforts and optimize online presence. 
  • Knowledge and expertise of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) 
  • Skills with managing time effectively to perform their duties. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree Business Administration or a related field in the UK or Equivalent.     

Salary: GBP 53000 to 65000 per annum
