German is must


  1. Serve as an escalation point for user support tickets
  2. Previous knowledge working with Service NOW
  3. Able to prioritize tasks and communicate updates
  4. Create and maintain documentation for IT procedure/practices
  5. Update and/or create knowledge articles
  6. Manage Windows PCs and mobile devices
  7. Configure and setup laptops for new users
  8. Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
  9. Collaborate with internal IT on deploying network equipment
  10. Assist in the installation of firewall, switches, and access points
  11. Must have a basic to intermediate level experience working with networks.
  12. Able to physically connect devices, and trace issues from user endpoint to Demarc.
  13. Must know basic networking concepts, such as
  14. Protocols: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NTP
  15. Purpose of firewall, switch, access point
  16. Intermediate level understanding of network topology
  17. Able to troubleshoot network issues to identify the root cause
  18. Must have 2 - 3 years of Office/Microsoft 365 experience, working with
  19. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  20. OneDrive & SharePoint
  21. Intune, Exchange Online
  22. Must be able to take lead or initiative in working issues through resolution.
  23. Contact vendors or work with other departments/group to facilitate a fix
  24. Provide timely updates to all parties involved
