About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, fast-paced position, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a global hiring environment and excels at sourcing top tech talent, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 


1. Ability to understand clients’ technical requirements in detail and develop appropriate sourcing and search criteria. 

2. Ability to learn candidate sourcing, negotiations, candidate and situations management, etc. 

3. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and can deal with stakeholders at all levels. 

4. Excellent professional Etiquette over Phone, Email, and social media. 

5. Excellent Computer and internet skills. Well-versed with all the latest Office & recruitment tools and applications. 

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment] 


  • 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
  • Experience in international hiring (UK/Europe) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, job market trends, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
