This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. 

 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional Dynamics 365 solutions across CRM, ERP, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Operations modules. 
  • Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to streamline business processes and meet organizational objectives. 
  • Design and optimize business process models and workflows using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. 
  • Manage and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accurate data movement and transformation into Dynamics 365 and CDS (Common Data Service). 
  • Coordinate and facilitate the deployment of solutions in alignment with best practices using Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and team collaboration. 
  • Set up and integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Active Directory (AAD) to support secure and seamless application interactions. 
  • Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to promote effective use of Dynamics 365 applications. 
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for configured solutions, workflows, and integrations. 


Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. 
  • Experience with additional Dynamics 365 modules or third-party integrations. 
  • Demonstrated experience in Azure Logic Apps development and AAD role-based access control (RBAC). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including CRM, ERP, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance & Operations. 
  • Expertise in the Power Platform, specifically with Power Apps, Power Automate, and CDS. 
  • Strong understanding of data migration, customization, and configuration techniques within Dynamics 365. 
  • Experience with business process modeling and optimizing workflows. 
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Proficiency in SQL Server for data management, queries, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps and AAD integration for application and security management. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge technical solutions with business requirements.
