This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Dynamics 365 Administrator who will play a major role with the technical design and development of the company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
- Manage and configure Microsoft Dataverse for effective data management and integration.
- Implement and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive data within the organization.
- Utilize Azure AD Connect for synchronization and integration between on-premises and cloud-based directories.
- Generate reports and analytics using SSIS and SSRS to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy and manage mobile telephony solutions and Citrix environments.
- Provide support for Dynamics Ax and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and Microsoft updates to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Experience with Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and management.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and its application in Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Windows Server and Azure Active Directory for managing user access and permissions.
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and implementation strategies.
- Experience with Azure AD Connect for identity management.
- Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting.
- Familiarity with mobile telephony solutions and Citrix environments.
- Understanding of Dynamics Ax and its functionalities.
