This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Dynamics 365 Business Analyst who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Conduct business process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and define solution requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX to support business operations and enhance user experience.
- Develop and manage BI reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Implement automation solutions using Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Leverage Dynamics 365 SDK for custom development and integration of solutions tailored to business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and functional specifications for ongoing reference and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to recommend improvements and innovations.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 CE, and Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience in business process mapping.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, and their functionalities.
- Experience with BI reporting tools, specifically Power BI and SSRS.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including Microsoft Flow (Power Automate).
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 SDK for development and integration tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
