This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Pega Solution Architect, who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of Pega BPM solutions to meet complex business needs while ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Develop and implement Pega PRPC solutions, leveraging advanced Pega capabilities such as data modeling, Pega Integration, and RPA for optimized workflows.
- Configure and manage SOAP and API integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust connectivity.
- Lead Pega integration efforts, including configuring LDAP for authentication, implementing SSL for security, and using RBAC to maintain role-based access control.
- Use Tracer, Performance Analyzer (PAL), and System Management Application (SMA) to troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for peak performance.
- Oversee Pega Autonomic Event Services (AES) to monitor system health, identify issues, and proactively manage application performance.
- Apply expertise in Pega JSP and XML to customize Pega applications and support complex client requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to development teams on Pega best practices, working closely with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Pega standards and guidelines while delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Support pre-sales and client discussions to assess technical needs and design tailored Pega solutions.
- Document solution designs, workflows, and configurations to support knowledge sharing and streamlined project execution.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Extensive experience with Pega Platform and Pega PRPC solution architecture and development.
- Strong expertise in BPM (Business Process Management), data modeling, and Pega integration strategies.
- Proficiency in SOAP, API configurations, RPA, LDAP, and SSL for secure system integration and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Tracer, Performance Analyzer (PAL), System Management Application (SMA), and Pega AES for application performance and monitoring.
- Certified as a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA).
- Solid understanding of RBAC and user management within Pega for secure application environments.
- Knowledge of Pega JSP and XML for system customization and flexibility.
