This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Pega Project Manager, who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.  

 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery on the Pega Platform, ensuring that all phases from initiation to closure meet business objectives and requirements. 
  • Oversee Pega ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes to ensure effective version control, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Utilize Pega Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) to capture business objectives and streamline project requirements into clear, actionable plans. 
  • Manage Pega BPM workflows to ensure efficient, automated processes are in place, enhancing productivity and optimizing business operations. 
  • Implement and oversee Pega DevOps practices to accelerate development cycles, improve deployment frequency, and maintain high software quality. 
  • Monitor and manage Pega SLA (Service Level Agreements) compliance, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved within the established timelines. 
  • Provide expertise in Pega Cloud services, ensuring projects are deployed and managed effectively within cloud environments for scalability and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations. 
  • Apply project management methodologies, such as PMP, to structure projects, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation effectively. 
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and key deliverables. 
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned, evaluate project success, and identify areas for continuous improvement. 

 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in Pega Platform and Pega BPM project delivery. 
  • Proficiency in Pega ALM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to manage version control, QA, and compliance processes. 
  • Hands-on experience with Pega DCO, Pega DevOps, and Pega SLA for efficient project and process management. 
  • Solid understanding of Pega Cloud services to support cloud-based deployments and scalability. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience in project management methodologies. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, clarify requirements, and ensure cohesive project execution. 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent projects and deliverables effectively.
