This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Workday Consultant who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Implement, configure, and optimize Workday HCM, Workday Financial Management, Workday Payroll, Workday Recruitment, and other Workday modules in alignment with client requirements and business processes.
- Design and develop custom reports using Workday Report Designer (BIRT), ensuring accurate and timely reporting based on business needs.
- Manage and implement data integrations using Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and third-party systems.
- Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, Workday Compensation and Benefits, and Workday Prism to support client-specific business processes.
- Utilize Workday Calculated Fields and XSLT to create advanced calculations and logic within Workday to meet client needs.
- Support and configure Workday Procurement processes, ensuring efficient procurement workflows and integrations.
- Provide expertise in Workday Business Process Framework to model and automate business processes and workflows across Workday modules.
- Implement and manage integrations using Core Connector and custom SQL Server scripts, ensuring proper data transfer and validation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure Workday functionality meets business objectives.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing support for Workday systems and integrations.
- Train and support clients in the use of Workday solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and system adoption.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong experience in Workday HCM, Workday Financial Management, Workday Payroll, and other Workday modules.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Designer (BIRT) and the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
- Expertise in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services for integrating Workday with other systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, Workday Compensation and Benefits, and Workday Recruitment.
- Experience with Workday Prism to leverage data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of XSLT, Workday Calculated Fields, and Core Connector for customization and data transformation.
- Familiarity with Workday Procurement processes and integration with other systems.
- Strong experience with SQL Server for managing and manipulating data integrations.
- Experience in Workday Business Process Framework for modeling business processes and workflows.
- Workday Certification in HCM, Financials, or other Workday modules.
