Strong knowledge of storage solutions, including VSAN and backup tools like Avamar.
In-depth understanding of network topologies, protocols, and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP, NFS, SMB).
Experience supporting both Windows and Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, and clustering services.
Practical experience in network trace analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of information security principles, regulations, and best practices.
Experience working with offshore teams and third-party suppliers for support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
