TQUKE0409_4042 - Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop, implement, and lead Client’s IT projects and the people running them. Directing a multi-disciplinary team, you will have accountability and authority for achieving projects’ objectives and ensuring that timelines and budget goals are met and communicated appropriately. This position will support IT initiatives primarily in the Client’s EELC (Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, LatAm, and Canada) regions and may encompass Commercial, GQO, Corporate Functions, and/or Infrastructure projects and programs. PM who has experience in multiple systems (Oracle, Salesforce and middleware)


What you will do:

• Develop and execute a communications management plan for program/project team, key stakeholders, and business leaders. Provide concise and articulate project status reporting that is appropriate for variable stakeholder audiences.

• Collaborate with business unit or regional Client’s EELC leadership to define, manage and own program/project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.

• Develop and manage the detailed program/project Gantt chart. Analyse critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the program/project schedule.

• Create program/project budget with cross-functional managers and directors. Optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget.

• Develop and execute a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks and issues, develop and monitor risk/issue response plans.

• Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program/project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members.

• Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for programs, based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of stakeholder expectations and requirements.

• Adhere to all Client’s IT Enterprise Enablement (PMO) guidelines, processes and toolsets. Knowledge and Capabilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required.

• 6+ years of related work experience required.

• Leadership of direct or indirect project teams experience required.

• Business process / BA experience highly preferred.

• IT experience in the Europe, EMEA, LatAm, Canada regions preferred.

• PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred.
