This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for ServiceNow Consultant who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 


  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management). 
  • Administer and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database). 
  • Configure ServiceNow Service Portal and Service Catalog to enhance user experience and service delivery. 
  • Develop and implement Business Rules and Client Scripts to automate business processes. 
  • Utilize ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer to streamline operations and enhance workflows. 
  • Implement Access Control Rules (ACL) to ensure security and access management. 
  • Lead ServiceNow Integration Hub configurations to integrate external systems with ServiceNow. 
  • Configure and manage MID Server for communication with on-premise applications. 
  • Oversee Data Import, Transform Maps, and ensure accurate Discovery and Asset Management processes. 
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. 
  • Oversee Vendor Risk Management and integrate automated compliance tracking. 
  • Manage Security Operations (SecOps), ensuring timely incident resolution and system security. 
  • Implement Software Asset Management (SAM) for effective software lifecycle management. 
  • Provide ongoing support for Change and Release Management, ensuring smooth system updates and new implementations. 
  • Contribute to ServiceNow Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. 

 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 


  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform including ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Service Catalog. 
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, workflow design, and flow designer. 
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, using Integration Hub, MID Server, and LDAP/SSO. 
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Asset Management (SAM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). 
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and dashboards, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Orchestration, Mobile App Customization, and Multi-instance Architecture. 
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Vendor Risk Management. 
  • ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
