This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for ServiceNow Architect who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture, ensuring a reliable and scalable data model.
- Lead the integration architecture, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and data flow using ServiceNow Integration Architecture.
- Design and develop intuitive ServiceNow Service Catalog and Service Portal for end-user self-service.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow Data Model for consistent and structured data flow across the platform.
- Oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.
- Lead the integration of Vendor Risk Management solutions to identify and mitigate third-party risks.
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM for automating and streamlining IT operations and management.
- Lead ServiceNow SecOps implementation to enhance security incident response and automation.
- Design and implement automated testing using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure the quality and stability of platform customizations.
- Utilize ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes for process automation and platform customization.
- Lead the implementation and design of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) to ensure alignment of IT projects with business goals.
- Utilize AngularJS for building responsive and interactive user interfaces for the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow LDAP for user directory services and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless access management.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal design.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Integration Architecture and ability to manage complex integrations with external systems.
- Expertise in ServiceNow GRC, ITOM, SecOps, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Vendor Risk Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
- Experience in MID Server, Network Configuration, LDAP, and SSO integration within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of AngularJS for UI customization and development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
