This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Project Manager who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 


  • Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and others. 
  • Oversee the ServiceNow CMDB implementation, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with business needs. 
  • Drive the successful execution of ServiceNow Governance and Compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices. 
  • Ensure proper governance procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Manage Go-Live and Hypercare phases, ensuring a smooth transition to production and the availability of necessary resources and support during the post-launch phase. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues during the Hypercare period. 
  • Oversee the ServiceNow Security Management to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated within the platform and compliance is maintained throughout the project. 
  • Ensure that ServiceNow Contract and SLA management processes are established, monitored, and adhered to, ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed-upon SLAs. 
  • Oversee the ServiceNow Compliance and Audit Management to ensure proper documentation and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. 
  • Manage audit processes to maintain ongoing compliance with regulations.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 


  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager, managing end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and other modules. 
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Governance and Compliance, Security Management, and Audit Management processes. 
  • Expertise in managing Go-Live and Hypercare phases to ensure smooth deployment and issue resolution. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow Budgeting and Cost Management, ensuring effective financial control and cost optimization throughout the project. 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Contract and SLA Management processes to ensure project deliverables align with agreed terms. 
  • Familiarity with managing Compliance and Audit processes to maintain industry and regulatory standards. 
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently while ensuring on-time delivery. 
  • PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications preferred. 
  • ServiceNow Certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), highly desirable.
