This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for ServiceNow Implementation Specialist who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 


  • Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal to align with business needs. 
  • Design, develop, and automate workflows using ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer to optimize business processes. 
  • Manage ServiceNow Integration Hub for seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and third-party applications. 
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow MID Server to enable secure integrations and automation. 
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards to provide real-time insights and analytics. 
  • Utilize Performance Analytics to monitor system performance and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Implement and support ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) for strategic decision-making. 
  • Manage ServiceNow Data Import and Transform Maps to ensure accurate data migration and integration. 
  • Conduct Automated Test Framework (ATF) testing to validate system changes before deployment. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide best practices and recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow functionalities. 
  • Maintain project documentation using Confluence and track implementation progress using JIRA. 
  • Utilize SQL for database management, data analysis, and reporting needs. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 


  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow and Flow Designer. 
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, and Data Import & Transform Maps for integrations. 
  • Experience in designing ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards with Performance Analytics. 
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM and APM for project and application management. 
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) for testing ServiceNow implementations. 
  • Proficiency in JIRA (Project Management) and Confluence (Documentation). 
  • Strong understanding of SQL for database queries and data management. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
