This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for ServiceNow Integration Specialist who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Design and configure ServiceNow Integration Hub for automating workflows and data exchange.
- Utilize REST and SOAP APIs to establish seamless communication between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
- Deploy and maintain ServiceNow MID Server to facilitate secure data transfer between cloud and on-premises systems.
- Perform data transformation, mapping, and normalization for accurate data synchronization.
- Manage import sets and data processing to ensure proper data ingestion into ServiceNow.
- Configure outbound web services to send data from ServiceNow to external platforms.
- Implement inbound web services to receive and process external data in ServiceNow.
- Integrate and manage SSO solutions for seamless authentication across enterprise applications.
- Utilize ServiceNow Connector Framework to establish integrations with enterprise systems.
- Configure and maintain LDAP integration for user authentication and directory synchronization.
- Work with Active Directory to ensure proper identity management within ServiceNow.
- Develop JSON-based web services for real-time data exchange.
- Implement Mulesoft integrations to connect ServiceNow with various enterprise applications.
- Utilize Boomi for cloud and hybrid integration scenarios involving ServiceNow
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration Hub for workflow automation and system connections.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow MID Server for secure enterprise integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integration with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, import sets, and mapping.
- Experience working with JSON, web services, and API development.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft and Boomi for enterprise-grade integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
