This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Oracle Cloud Technical Lead who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Manage and optimize Oracle Autonomous Database for high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud-based database operations.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of Oracle Fusion applications to ensure seamless business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SOA Cloud services to facilitate system interoperability and workflow automation.
- Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to streamline data transformation, ETL processes, and real-time data exchange.
- Implement Oracle GoldenGate for high-availability, disaster recovery, and real-time data replication across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for database automation and performance tuning.
- Leverage Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to automate provisioning and management of OCI resources.
- Utilize Docker for containerizing applications, ensuring consistent deployment and runtime across multiple environments.
- Implement Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation, facilitating rapid development, testing, and deployment of cloud applications.
- Use Microsoft Visio to create technical diagrams, process flows, and architecture documentation for cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, project roadmaps, and cloud adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements for cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Cloud services, integrations, and infrastructure.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]:
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Autonomous Database administration and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle SOA Cloud for enterprise integration.
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle GoldenGate for data migration and replication.
- Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL for database development, query optimization, and automation.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and cloud resource management.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for application containerization and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins for implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for technical documentation and architectural visualization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize cloud solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in OCI, SOA, or Data Integration.
- Experience in enterprise cloud migration and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and best practices in cloud infrastructure management.
