This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Oracle Cloud Project Manager who will play a major role with the technical design and development of company’s technical offerings. 


Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 


  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. 
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to optimize business operations. 
  • Manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud solutions. 
  • Ensure proper execution and tracking of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) initiatives for efficient project oversight. 
  • Implement Oracle Cloud Security Services to maintain compliance and protect enterprise data. 
  • Plan and execute Oracle Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) strategies for seamless cloud transitions. 
  • Utilize Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data integration, replication, and disaster recovery planning. 
  • Oversee the development and optimization of PL/SQL scripts to support cloud-based database operations. 
  • Manage Oracle Agile PLM to enhance product lifecycle ,processes and collaboration. 
  • Deploy and optimize Oracle Field Service Cloud to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals with business needs. 
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and change management plans. 
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry standards in Oracle Cloud solutions. 
  • Monitor project performance, issue resolutions, and reporting to senior management. 
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to project teams for effective Oracle Cloud implementation. 

 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: 


  • Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Cloud projects, including ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations. 
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Fusion Applications. 
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for project tracking and governance. 
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security Services and best practices in data protection. 
  • Experience with Oracle Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) and Oracle GoldenGate for cloud transitions. 
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL for database management and optimization. 
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. 
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP, HCM, SCM, or OCI. 
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification. 
  • Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies.
