· Minimum 10+ Years of experience and Certified Pega Business Analyst
· Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements for Pega-based applications.
· Communicate with business stakeholders by applying the Pega Express best practice of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO)
· Analysis and Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, document functional requirements, and create clear specification for Pega application development.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business needs.
· Pega Solution Design: Participate in designing Pega applications by providing insights into the best practices, Pega Guardrails, and ensuring scalability and sustainability.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Pega technology advancements, industry best practices, and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Pega applications.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
