Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes, and integrations
Prepare high-level and low-level design documents
Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation
Assume ownership of IGA (Identity & Access Governance) system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks
Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
Assign and review work packets delivered by the team

(Essential Skills)
SailPoint IdentityIQ consulting and configuration experience
Have worked on at least 2 SailPoint deployments
Must have excellent understanding of IGA processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, role definition, request processes, access reviews, access controls and privileges, etc.
Must have hands-on experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review, configuring quick links, lifecycle events, Plugins, etc.
Must have experience on customizing IIQ UI, request and approval flows, certifications to meet business requirements
Must have worked on multiple IGA connectors (like AD, O365, Database, LDAP, Web Service, Custom connectors)
Extensive and hands-on experience writing code for IIQ requirements
Knowledge of SailPoint APIs and development experience using SailPoint APIs
Knowledge of Java/REST API implementation
Strong Software Development background
