This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Business Advisor who understand and communicate complex technical information, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and provide strategic solutions that meet client needs.  

 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)    

  • Work with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Conduct assessments of business operations, finances, and market positioning. 
  • Develop and present tailored business strategies and improvement plans. 
  • Advise on areas such as business growth, cost reduction, marketing strategies, funding options, and digital transformation. 
  • Support clients in implementing recommended changes and monitoring progress. 
  • Maintain detailed documentation of advisory sessions and outcomes. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including financial institutions, government agencies, and business networks. 
  • Provide workshops, training, or seminars on key business topics when needed. 

 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]     

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting or advisory roles, with a proven track record of driving client success. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. 
  • Proactive problem-solver, with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability. 
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and committed to delivering exceptional service. 
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and business intelligence software. 
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana). 
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field in the UK or Equivalent.     

Salary:GBP 48000 to 60000 per annum
