The Consultant must demonstrate knowledge in:
- Standard functionalities of the TRM Transaction and related Back Office modules, and preferably an understanding of the D&C module and Accounting module (ACM)
- WSS-TRM setup and customer-specific development
- Use case documentation
- Test case documentation
- Testing methodologies (IAT and UAT) and testing documentation
- Knowledge of Jira and/or SmartIT
The Consultant must demonstrate competence in:
- Conceptual thinking
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal, team-working, and communication skills at all levels
- Communicating with project stakeholders in transversal projects
- Disciplined and systematic approach to planning and execution of work
- Unless already provided at the time of the establishment of the Agreement, Framework Members shall submit in their Proposal CVs of the proposed profiles matching the requested profiles indicated in these AToR, including a detailed list of their past assignments/projects.
- Documentary evidence related to diplomas and previous experience shall be made available upon request.
Tasks to be performed.
The successful achievement of the objectives of the Assignment involves the following tasks:
- Reviewing documented business issues and related business processes
- Prepare and lead workshops to gather business requirements and identify project risks and tasks
- Analyse and prepare requirement specifications
- Preparing the business case for new functionalities/modules, including RACI matrix
- Facilitation of the communication between back-office users, IT, and other stakeholders involved
- Evaluation of input and drafting solution recommendations
- Preparing a high-level project implementation plan and fine-tuning the details
- Gathering high-level user requirements and fine-tuning the details
- Interact with the Business to define and test changes
- Preparing high-level test scenarios and fine-tuning the details
- Interact with IT to develop and test changes
- Interact with the Business to define and document process changes, including updated procedures
- Implementing changes/projects in the financial/banking environment
- Document issue handling and workarounds
