The Technical BA demonstrates an informed knowledge of complex system architectures and information flows
Strong documentation skills are mandatory as one of the primary responsibility is maintaining the Confluence Wiki with key business decisions, illustration of the business solutions and technical solutions and API documentation
Provides technical business analysis support on specified projects to ensure user stories to accurately reflect requirements and ability to communicate business impacts of requested functionality to both business and technical teams.
Able to lead, challenge and design the Business process.
Must have worked on complex financial systems or order management or pricing systems in any regulatory industry.
Experience in JIRA and Confluence.
Exposure to Power BI, XML Spy will be added advantage.
Must have dealt with system complexity and be keen in simplifying the systems and requirements
Must have experience in working in Scrum Agile.
Must have experience with JIRA based requirements lifecycle management
Proven experience in creating and managing requirements in the form of User Stories
Ability to make and influence decisions & implement changes and understands decision making principles and its direct effect on project ROI.
Able to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources and apply this in identifying all system impacts in order to help find the most cost-effective solution.
