Job Description :

·       4-6 + years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x)

·       Proficiency in Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio

·       Experience with Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, profile management, and GPO configurations.

·       Strong understanding of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory

·       Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)

·       Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency

Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices


Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:

·       Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure.

·       Administer and support Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Cloud services.

·       Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades across the Citrix environment.

·       Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity or availability issues.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix-related issues, including profile management, connectivity, and session performance.

·       Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and end-user teams to deliver optimal virtual workspace solutions.

·       Consultation for new order processing and requirement gathering from customers.
