Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance of ITSM platforms and associated integrations.
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize for reliability and speed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in governance activities and ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
