Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions: Build applications, workflows, and configurations with a focus on Process Intelligence and Task Intelligence.
Implement Predictive & Task Intelligence: Configure, train, and fine-tune AI models to automate tasks, predict issues, and enhance agent productivity.
Integrate ServiceNow modules: Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules for a unified experience.
Develop and customize Workspaces: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for agents and end-users.
Build integrations with external systems: Use REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Investigate and resolve development, configuration, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Adhere to ServiceNow best practices: Ensure development activities align with ServiceNow guidelines and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ServiceNow expertise: Strong experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
JavaScript proficiency: Skilled in client-side and server-side scripting (Glide classes, AJAX, XML).
API knowledge: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
Process & Task Intelligence: Practical experience with ServiceNow’s Process Intelligence, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and NLU.
Low-code tools: Proficiency with Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.
CMDB management: Understanding of Configuration Items and CMDB data integrity.
Collaboration skills: Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile/Scrum experience: Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices.
