Education and Certification
Required:
• University degree in human resources, business administration, information
technology, computer science or a related field.
• Oracle Fusion HCM related certification(s)
• Prince 2 or ITIL certification
• PeopleSoft certification(s).
Skills Set
Required:
• Strong functional knowledge including the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal &
Performance, Benefits, Security
• Designing PaaS extensions.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL Loader, Workflow, Personalization, integration patterns relevant to Oracle Fusion, etc.
• Experience with Oracle Business reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
Desirable:
• Functional knowledge of the following modules: Absence management, Payroll.
Experience
Required:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in ERP systems within HCM domain.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Has implemented at least one end to end Fusion HCM implementation OR supporting and managing quarterly upgrade cycles.
• Experience working with multiple Fusion HCM modules including Core HR,
Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, Benefits, Security.
• Strong background in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience in post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working on data migration activities, such as mapping, cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Desirable:
• Prior experience working with United Nations organizations or international organizations.
• Hands-on functional experience in cloud migration projects from Oracle PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method)
