Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and agent applications using Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• 
  
• Map Salesforce data models with external application schemas to ensure seamless synchronization and transformation.
• 
  
• Build custom Apex classes, triggers, and web services to extend and expose Salesforce functionality.
• 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Engineering) to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• 
  
• Maintain and monitor existing integrations; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• 
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.) for accessing Salesforce APIs.
• 
  
• Document API integrations, data mappings, and system dependencies.
• 
  
• Use tools like Postman, Workbench, or MuleSoft (if applicable) for testing and managing APIs.
• 
  
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 
  
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on integrations.
• 
  
• Strong expertise in Salesforce API usage: REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata APIs.
• 
  
• Proven experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
• 
  
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Permissions).
• 
  
• Familiarity with integration patterns: pub/sub, request/response, point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, etc.
• 
  
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, SSO, and API security best practices.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• 
  
• Experience on Integration with AI Agent.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• 
  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with agent platforms (e.g., call center software, CRMs, support portals).
• 
  
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architectures and Salesforce Platform Events.
• 
  
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
