Primary Skills Skills

  • Looking for someone who started off in a role that is hands on with Technical / IT centric ( Developer or IT Engineer or IT Technician etc ) and moved to a SDM role with Insurance domain exp .
  • 10 plus years of handson experience in one the following disciplines product project or portfolio management program management
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods
  • 3 plus years of handson experience working as IT Infrastructure Engineer
  • Experienced managing complex multiyear Global projects
  • Relevant experience working with 3rd party vendors to deliver results
  • High level knowledgeexpertise of Frontend development such as ReactJS Webpack HTML5 CSS Bootstrap jQuery Accessibility and Responsive Layouts UIUX development experience
  • Experience with Insurance Reinsurance Systems and Data
  • A background in industry or related business environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business unit platforms and technical services
  • Ability to make decisions in a fastpaced deadlinedriven and rapidly changing environment
  • Broad understanding of usability and user experience best practices
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle development and technologies utilized in the industry and the ability to see their impact
  • Broad experience delivering enterprise class software products for a national multicultural audience and defining digital content experiences


  • o Convey technical concepts in a clear understandable way
  • o Evaluate analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
  • o Overcome internal barriers and negotiate resource constraints to produce successful service management initiatives
