About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PLM Administrator to support our client who is currently in the process of going live with Oracle PLM. The candidate will play a critical role in providing both business and technical support, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and managing system administration tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administration and support of Oracle PLM applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Support the client during the go-live phase, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, implementing necessary fixes and enhancements.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper governance.
- Partner with IT and business teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Provide ongoing production support, system health checks, and upgrades/patches management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as an Oracle PLM Administrator / Technical Consultant.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Agile PLM or Oracle Cloud PLM (depending on client environment).
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, administration, and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of PLM business processes and best practices.
- Experience in supporting go-live activities and post-production stabilization.
- Knowledge of integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve both business and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Experience with customizations, scripting, and workflow management in PLM.
- Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools.
