Job Purpose: 

TESTQ Technologies is a global IT, services and solutions company headquartered in the UK with strong operational base in India and the US. Our offerings span a variety of industry sectors covering technical recruitment for our selected clients, software development, software services like software testing, project management and business consulting.  

This role requires a candidate to support our technical services and project management division. Candidates are required to work from our office in Wakad, Pune following UK /Europe shift. 

This role offers onsite opportunities to work from our UK office and provides leadership opportunities 

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 

• Work closely with executive management to achieve technical outcomes based on company goals by following standard operating procedures. 
• Ability to work on technical systems and processes covering maintaining product catalog, product feature design, testing and implementation, quality assurance and implementation. 
• Project management functions and documentation 
• System improvements and management reporting 
• Ability to perform basic tasks in the areas of business analysis/software testing/IT support. 

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment] 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining the company system records. 
• Excellent analytical skills, highly motivated, reliable, proactive with a positive attitude 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems and applications  
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision. 
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels 
• Strong business acumen 
• Comfortable working in UK Shifts from Office 
• At least one to two years of experience in the following preferred: project management, software development (not coding), customer service and support and key organizational processes like sales and marketing, admin, finance, and HR. 

Qualifications:  Any Graduation or Degree Courses in computer Science including but not limited to BE or B. Tech in Computer Science or IT / BSC Computer / MSc Computer or IT / BCA / MCA / MCM 

Salary: 3 to 5 LPA
