TRAX Experience is mandatory
To deliver, supported by your peers and our training programs, and to a level suitable to the position:
§ Business and Functional analysis methods and tools
§ Modelling and diagramming techniques
§ Treasury and Corporate Finance (level of knowledge of Payment Hub / Trax to be demonstrated on the interview or equivalent knowledge of a competitor solution)
§ Cash Management
§ Treasury Management or Cash Management Processes (From basics to more advanced topics such as Payment Factory, In-House Bank, Supply Chain Finance, etc.)
§ Banking Connectivity (SWIFT, EBICS, etc.)
§ Messages Formats (ISO20022, SWIFT MTs, Country Specific)
§ Perfectly fluent in English on top of fluency in any other language
Prior experience (where stated) or strong commitment into growing experience and knowledge in:
Applicable to every Professional Services positions:
§ Minimum 3 (Senior: 7) years of practical experience in (internal or external) Client-speaking or Client-facing positions, engaging with them, aiming at delivering value to their business
§ Minimum 3 (Senior: 7) years of practical experience in implementing, configuring and supporting software solutions including practical involvement in scoping and analyzing clients’ needs, defining and designing solutions based on specific client needs, converging on the target solution in agreement with the client as well as supervising (if not directly contributing to) implementation, testing and post go live support
§ Minimum 2 (Senior: 5) years of practical experience in consulting, delivering to and advising medium to large corporations in realizing the business case of their software investments
§ Ability to work with minimal supervision as an individual contributor or lead a small team of functional consultants in context of a project.
§ Prior experience with engaging and working with Software Product Management and Software Product Delivery teams, on, near and offshore
§ Ability to engage various internal or external stakeholders at various hierarchical level
§ Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats
§ Ability to work in a matrix organization, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams and locations
§ Minimum 3 (Senior: 5) years of practical experience in one or more of the following fields: Treasury, Account Payables, Cash Management or Corporate Banking or Bank Payments in a medium to large corporation or software and service provider
