Job Description:
• 7 to 10 years of design and development experience in Salesforce
• Good understanding of the overall platform and preferably various clouds – Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSL, FSC
• Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language
• Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
• Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements from a technical standpoint
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds
• Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies. Perform code reviews and technical oversight
• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
• Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner both internally and with clients
• Preferred to hold Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others
• Experience with deployment tools and methodologies – Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets
