About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Palantir Foundry Consultant to drive the design, integration, and adoption of Foundry solutions within client operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform operational challenges into real-time, data-driven strategies that optimize patient flow, enhance staff efficiency, and improve overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Palantir Foundry-based solutions.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, Ontology models, dashboards, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical deliverables aligned with KPIs.
- Guide client teams through training, documentation, and best practices to ensure adoption.
- Continuously configure, enhance, and optimize existing Foundry deployments.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT experience with a strong data engineering/architecture background.
- 4+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data governance, and security best practices.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Palantir Foundry certifications.
- Domain expertise in Healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics or machine learning workflows.
