Job Description
- Redesign workflows (Catalog, Knowledge Base, HR, etc.) and draft user stories for development.
- Serve as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
- Work with and customize UI components within ServiceNow.

- Proven expertise in workflow redesign and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong hands-on architectural experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience customizing and working with ServiceNow UI components.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure scalable architecture.
