Job Description – ServiceNow Architect (HRSD)
About the Role
MLE Systems is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The candidate will lead design and architecture efforts, integrate with Workday, and ensure best practices in solution delivery. The role requires proven hands-on experience in HRSD implementations and the ability to work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Lead HRSD module configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Build and maintain Workday–ServiceNow integrations for HR processes.
- Ensure solution alignment with ServiceNow best practices and frameworks.
- Guide development teams, review code/configurations, and ensure quality assurance.
- Provide technical leadership and thought partnership for ongoing HRSD initiatives.
- Deliver documentation including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and release notes.
Required Skills (Must-Haves)
- ServiceNow HRSD Expertise: Proven experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations (case management, lifecycle events, employee service center).
- CIS–HRSD Certification: Mandatory – Certified Implementation Specialist: HRSD.
- Workday Integration Experience: Strong experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Architecture Experience: Ability to design scalable and secure ServiceNow HRSD architectures.
- ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Leadership: Experience in guiding teams, reviewing solution design, and ensuring best practices.
- Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM modules.
- Experience in global HRSD rollouts across multiple geographies.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS–ITSM, CAD, CTA) are a plus.
