Key Skills / Requirements:

• 4+ years in ServiceNow SAM Development (must be hands-on development, not support).
• 2–3 years in HAM development/customization.
• Strong hands-on skills in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations & IntegrationHub.
• Expertise in license models, entitlements, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation.
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM certification.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, ITAM dashboards, and reporting.
