Job Description:-

10 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions


Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ITOM CSDM and CMDB modules


Must have experience in the design and implementation of the modules below


O ITOM Design Setup and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud management Health Log Analytics Certificate management and Orchestration Integrations


O CSDM: Implementing and maintaining the CSDM framework within the ServiceNow platform, including defining data requirements, configuring CMDB classes, and establishing relationships between configuration items CIs Define, create, and maintain relationships between CIs in the CSDM, including dependency containment and service relationships. Develop and implement data management and governance policies for the CSDM to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness


O CMDB Ensuring the CMDB is populated with accurate and up-to-date data and that it accurately reflects the IT environment and its relationships with business services

Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security performance, and compliance


Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, Other methods, Integration Hub, and E bonding Service Graph Connectors


Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS Jelly, etc.


Experienced in collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into functional specifications


Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure the successful adoption of the implemented solutions


Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase


Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow


Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform module


Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
