Has led an SFMC implementation from discovery to go-live, and how many projects have they delivered?


Architectural Decision

Has designed a Customer journey, data integration strategy, and a domain/IP warmup strategy?


Complex Journeys

Has designed a complex journey, which is based on updates, multi-channel, automation studio, exit criteria, and all the features in SFMC Journey builder.


Project Operations

Has owned timelines, scope/RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs during implementation phases?


Technical Depth

Confirms hands-on with SQL and AMPscript, plus working knowledge of SSJS and HTML/CSS (and basic JavaScript)?


Marketing Knowledge

Confirms suggesting audience segments, defining KPIs, identifying a new marketing strategy, and implementing it in their project?


Integration Knowledge

Confirms building REST/SOAP integrations or API-triggered sends with retry/rate-limit handling? Salesforce native connectors?
