Migration of infrastructure from legacy on-premises SharePoint nearing end-of-life to Office 365 cloud environment. It is a large data set relating to the banks Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA).
Redesigning SharePoint list layouts to support more intuitive and functional data entry
Enhancing automation between the Source Library and the Threats & Vulnerabilities lists to improve data flow and reduce manual input. These are existing Sharepoint lists containing data that are consumed within the EWRA process.
Enhancing connectivity between different SharePoint lists
In more detail we expect that the work is conducted in a structured way, well-documented and tested. The work will be performed in close collaboration with the team to ensure fit for purpose output.

Data Mapping: Map existing tables to corresponding structures in Office 365 to ensure seamless integration with consuming systems.
Pilot Testing: Conduct pilot tests with subsets of data to validate processes before full-scale migration.
Data Integrity Checks: Perform checks to ensure data integrity during transfer, verifying accuracy against original datasets.
Functionality Testing: Test all migrated tables within consuming systems for usability and functionality.
Documentation Provision: Supply comprehensive documentation detailing new processes or system changes.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance post-migration for any issues or bottlenecks.
