Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules following best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SAM integrations (Flexera, Snow, SCCM, etc.).
  • Ensure license compliance, accurate discovery data, and normalization improvements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support SAM data quality initiatives.

  • ServiceNow ITAM/SAM Pro
  • Integration with external SAM tools
  • CMDB, Discovery, and Normalization
  • Software & Hardware Asset Lifecycle
  • JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Jelly

Preferred Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM or ITAM
